For years, my passion has always been health and wellness but it has taken me years to try to “bring to life” everything I have been involved in. My career began in 1993 as a Respiratory Therapist in Boston, MA. This experience was extremely rewarding and fueled my desire to make an impact on others lives. This was the beginning of my journey…I knew I couldn’t stop here.

In 2001 I ran the Boston Marathon with the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team; it was a run for a great cause and I wanted to see if I could train my mind and body to complete 26.2 miles. I have always tried to exercise, eat well and stay in shape, but had never pushed my body to those limits. I enjoyed every step of the way and was pleasantly surprised at what you can train your body to do. After accomplishing this goal, I decided to go for it again in 2002.

My passion for living a healthy life, learning how whole food can fuel our bodies and minds, and a personal goal of getting in the best shape of my life as I was turning 40, led me to where I am today. I am a certified personal trainer, as well as a certified Eat to Perform Coach and in 2010 I trained and competed in my first fitness competition. Since then I have had 5 top five wins and in 2016 I won 1st place in over 35 bikini model.

My love of helping others, staying fit as a busy mom of two boys, and always striving to eat healthy, drew me to a company that had a great product, and was ready to be taken to the next level! my desire for quality nutrition for my family, gave me the passion I needed to bring a quality product to the masses; Flexx Bar and Snack Company will be the vehicle to accomplish this. Our products are Non- GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, and No Sugar-Added, with a handful of ingredients that are nutritious and your body knows how to break it down. Best of all they are HEALTHY and DELICIOUS!
